OHS Families,
It's hard to believe it is 4th quarter already! Although we have seen a lot of rain lately I have also seen the buds on the trees around my yard and know that Spring is here! We have approximately 43 days left of the school year, even less for our Seniors. I know the end of the year will fly by.
We have standardized testing for all students in grades 7-10 coming up soon. Specific dates will be sent out to parents via Skyward. We also have so many student athletes participating in spring sports and there isn't a weeknight that isn't chock full of practices, games, and matches. It's great to see so much activity!
I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone for making my first year at OHS and in Oroville such a success. I'm so thankful that we chose to make Oroville our home and am already looking forward to next year.

¡Es difícil creer que ya estamos en el cuarto trimestre! Aunque hemos visto mucha lluvia últimamente, también he visto los capullos de los árboles alrededor de mi jardín y sé que ¡la primavera está aquí! Nos quedan aproximadamente 43 días del año escolar, incluso menos para nuestros Seniors. Sé que el fin de año pasará volando.
Próximamente tendremos pruebas estandarizadas para todos los estudiantes en los grados 7- 10. Las fechas específicas se enviarán a los padres a través de Skyward. También tenemos tantos estudiantes atletas que participan en los deportes de primavera y no hay noche entre semana que no esté repleta de prácticas, juegos y partidos. ¡Es genial ver tanta actividad!
Quería tomarme un minuto y agradecer a todos por hacer que mi primer año en OHS y en Oroville fuera un éxito. Estoy muy agradecida de haber elegido hacer de Oroville nuestro hogar y ya espero con ansias el próximo año.

Saturday, June 3rd - Seniors need to arrive no later than 10:30 am for graduation 
As we approach the end of the school year, I would like to remind everyone to stay on track with your behavior and academics. Let's finish this school year strong and show everyone our Hornet Pride!
